We hired Karl to install distressed hardwood floors throughout our home and tile in the entry and bathroom or our 1800's house with a below grade wavy cement floor and literally no straight walls in the house. This was an extremely complicated project. Karl recommended the correct engineered hardwood product, took all the time necessary to plan the install out including leveling the existing concrete while keeping us informed along the way. The results were spectacular. I love it, my wife loves it and most importantly, it still looks amazing 10 years later. Karl Burroughs is the only person I would hire to install flooring, backsplash or tile work in my house.
